History

Bennett International Logistics, LLC, is a non-asset based neutral affiliate of Bennett International Group, LLC and its family of affiliated companies. Bennett is focused on delivering management solutions that integrate resources and technology to design, engineer and manage complex supply chain processes and systems. As a certified woman owned business, Bennett has a proven history delivering full spectrum logistics planning and support solutions. This is driven by its core values based business management methodology. Our parent company, Bennett International Group, LLC was founded in 1974 as George Bennett Motor Express and began as a small intrastate trucking company with five trucks and two customers. Over the years Bennett has grown into a major logistics, transportation and distribution provider serving over five thousand customers worldwide. Today, our nationwide team of over 3,000 employees, agents and contractors is recognized as a leader in the industry and a premier provider of logistics solutions. Bennett International Group is the largest woman owned company in the state of Georgia and a proud member of the Women's Business Enterprise Council (WBENC).

Under the leadership of our principle owner, President and CEO, Marcia G. Taylor, Bennett International Group, LLC has grown into an international logistics leader with seven primary businesses. Mrs. Taylor developed Bennett and its related entities into a multi-faceted system of innovative companies involved in such diverse modalities as heavy and specialized freight, logistics, warehousing, port services, international freight forwarding, manufactured housing transport and drive away.
